Among the different facilities provided by the complex “Caigatti holiday homes”, you will find:  swimming-pool, tennis court, table-tennis, shower and laundry.

Moreover, every flat is equipped with central heating, television and a large kitchen. Every country-house has its walk-in and private parking, thus  respecting  our guests’ privacy.

We also have an agreement for the following activities:

-         Riding-school  and horse-riding (only 700 mt. from the complex);

-         Sportfishing (only 1.500 mt. from the complex) with a fishing ground in the river Tevere and the possibility of trout-fishing in artificial lakes;

-         Fitness club (5 km  from the complex).

We also have an agreement with several local restaurants where you can taste typically Umbrian dishes such as: home-made tortellini, home-made tagliatelle with goose sauce, game, mushrooms and  truffles accompanied with some fragrant wine from Tuscany, Marches or Umbria.
